Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (bags up to 25kg) and measure ingredients.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments preferred.
• Willingness to follow food production specifications and safety rules.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour days and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients in large batches for dough production.
• Operate and monitor production equipment; perform daily cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain quality and food safety standards during peak times.
• Adhere to site shift schedules and output targets.
