Job summary

Krispy Kreme UK & IRE in Naas, Ireland, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced production team and oversee daily bakery operations. You will guide staff to meet production targets, uphold high quality standards, and ensure food safety throughout the shift.

Working a 45-hour week across five evening shifts (5:00am–2:00pm), you will mentor team members, enforce policies, and act as the on-site senior in the Site Manager's absence while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery environments (desirable).
• Proven leadership experience within an FMCG or manufacturing setting (desirable).
• Strong communication skills and good IT literacy.
• A passion for continuous improvement and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team throughout your evening shift.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently met.
• Enforce company policies and procedures on the factory floor.
• Handle challenges confidently and support your team day to day.
• Act as the senior person on-site in the absence of the Site Manager.
