Job summary

CREGG is recruiting on behalf of its Galway based client for an experienced Production Supervisor to join the evening shift. You will lead and develop a production team, ensuring high standards across safety, quality and delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, monitor KPIs, coach staff, and support continuous improvement through Kaizen and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production or manufacturing supervisory role.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop product builders and team leads.
• Ensure safety, quality and OTIF delivery.
• Drive Lean manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and reduce waste.
• Promote communication and employee engagement through daily meetings.
