Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment requires a Production Supervisor (Evening Shift) for our Galway-based client. You will lead a team of Team Leads and Product Builders/General Operatives to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and People objectives on the shift.

The role demands strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, plus a thorough understanding of GMP and manufacturing processes; you will drive Health & Safety, Lean, productivity and continuous improvement across the shift.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience with GMP/compliance in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OTIF production targets are met on the evening shift.
• Lead training and development of team leads and operatives.
• Maintain Health & Safety policies and workplace safety standards.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen events and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain).
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
