Job summary

ST. AIDAN'S SERVICES in Gorey Town is seeking a Community Support Facilitator for our Bespoke Evening Services to help empower individuals with intellectual disabilities and ASD to participate in their community.

You will provide personalised support, facilitate social activities, and collaborate with the care team to develop individualised plans, while upholding rights and dignity. The role is a 1-year fixed-term contract with pro-rata annual leave and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health Care or Social Care.
• At least 1 year of experience working with people with an Intellectual Disability/ASD.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate community integration for social, recreational and vocational activities tailored to interests and preferences.
• Foster connections to promote inclusivity for individuals with disabilities.
