Job summary

Health Service Executive in Wicklow is seeking a Community Access Facilitator to support Autism A Chara participants. The role is permanent part-time (35 hours/week) and focused on person-centred care within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include working with individuals with complex needs, applying the Key Worker/Support Worker philosophy, and promoting independence. Fluent English and strong communication are essential; a full driving licence is desirable to operate service vehicles.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to work on own initiative and uphold person-centred care.
