ST. AIDAN'S SERVICES in Gorey Town is seeking a Community Support Facilitator for our Bespoke Evening Services to help empower individuals with intellectual disabilities and ASD to participate in their community.
You will provide personalised support, facilitate social activities, and collaborate with the care team to develop individualised plans, while upholding rights and dignity. The role is a 1-year fixed-term contract with pro-rata annual leave and opportunities for progression.

Community Support Facilitator - (Bespoke Evening Services)

Do you have a natural ability to connect with others and facilitate meaningful social interactions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Community Support Facilitator as part of our Bespoke Evening Services. (This is initially a 1 year fixed term contract. Contracts are with the Service. (Pay grade HSE Care Assistant ID)

Three evenings a week i.e. 24 hours a fortnight, excluding Mondays and weekends, flexibility is required to ensure ample opportunity for individuals to engage in personalised activities and pursuits that align with their interests and preferences.
