Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Ireland seeks an Associate Project Manager to oversee service and maintenance activities for EV charging infrastructure. You will coordinate with field engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure safe, timely, and contract-compliant delivery.

Key focus areas include managing SLAs, scheduling, and stakeholder communications while driving continuous improvement in service delivery and project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Associate Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience in SLA-driven environments.
• Experience coordinating field engineering and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, and risk management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of projects and operational activities.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, response times, and targets.
• Coordinate field engineers, subcontractors, and internal resources.
• Act as primary operational contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage delivery risks to minimise SLA breaches.
• Support project scheduling, resource planning, and work allocation.
• Track progress, milestones, and service performance metrics.
• Prepare project documentation and governance materials.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate procurement.
• Produce regular performance reports and dashboards.
