Job summary

Mercury leads complex COMMS projects in Ireland and across Europe, delivering strategic construction solutions for major clients. The role focuses on governance, planning, and cross-functional leadership to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

Based in Ireland, the Business Unit Lead will drive procurement, audits, and client engagement while coordinating with multiple teams to sustain continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience managing multiple COMMS projects.
• Third level qualification in Engineering/Construction/Commercial.
• Willingness to travel across multiple EU countries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Mercury Procedures are implemented consistently on each project.
• Plan procurement and ensure engineering is developed to meet deadlines.
• Review quality of output and foster continuous improvement.
• Attend and contribute to EHS and QA meetings.
• Lead weekly meetings and audits with the team.
• Manage client meetings and report milestones and risks.
