Qualifications

  • 5-10 years experience managing multiple COMMS projects at a similar level.
  • Proven track record across different regions.
  • Excellent multitasker and communicator.
  • Negotiation skills in internal and external settings.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines.
  • Ability to travel across multiple EU countries.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Mercury Procedures are implemented consistently and are being adhered to on each of your projects.
  • Plan procurement and ensure engineering is developed to meet deadlines.
  • Review quality of output and foster continuous improvement
  • Attend client meetings and push QEHS approach.
  • Training of staff and managers to ensure performance.
  • Manage budgets and costs effectively.
  • Review weekly Progress updates and ensure project remains on track.
  • Lead and mentor your team; set clear expectations and KPIs.
  • Ensure change management is handled correctly (Cost & Programme).
  • All other duties associated with the role as required by the Company.
