Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in resource planning within a subcontract construction business.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing.
- Ability to programme labour against live construction programmes.
- Experience coordinating cross-border mobilisation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain labour plans aligned to project programmes
- Produce look-ahead schedules and trade-based labour forecasts
- Programme labour in line with sequencing, access, and material availability
- Coordinate cross-border mobilisation and continuity of crews
- Interface with site and contracts teams across Europe
- Monitor productivity and labour budget against plan
- Forecast recruitment needs and coordinate with HR
