Job summary

Mane is seeking an experienced Business Unit Lead to oversee a portfolio of major Communications (COMMS) projects across Ireland and Europe. You will direct project teams, manage client relationships and ensure delivery excellence in a senior leadership role.

The role requires 5–10 years of COMMS/ICT project leadership, regional delivery experience and a strong background in data centres or telecommunications infrastructure. Travel across Ireland and Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience managing multiple COMMS / ICT projects at a senior level.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple regions or jurisdictions.
• Background in data centres, mission critical, telecommunications or communications infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, controls, contracts and commercial management.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Ireland and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple COMMS / ICT projects across Ireland and Europe.
• Provide leadership, direction and support to Project Managers and project teams.
• Monitor programme, commercial performance, quality and safety across projects.
• Review progress, lookaheads and reporting and implementing recovery strategies where required.
• Manage client relationships and act as a senior point of contact.
• Support tendering, procurement and the development of project packages.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and contract management.
• Manage project change, commercial issues and disputes. Ensure QEHS standards are consistently implemented.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, project performance and operational efficiency.
• Support recruitment, training and development within the Business Unit.
• Reporting project performance, risks and opportunities to senior management.
