Job summary

AG1 is seeking a Manager, Retail Accounts & Trade Marketing (EU) to expand our presence with national retail partners and drive profitable growth across our European footprint. You will partner with Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure in-stock execution, strong account plans, and effective activations across in-store and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key national retail partners and strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with company priorities and retail growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution, improve placement, and drive overall account performance.
• Lead preparation for line reviews, customer meetings, and new product launches in partnership with internal teams.
• Negotiate trading terms, promotional funding, and range commitments.
• Manage product placement, promotional calendars, and merchandising across in-store and digital channels.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand to implement effective retail programs and activations.
• Ensure all initiatives align with brand standards, retailer requirements, and commercial objectives.
• Drive execution across retailer ecosystems to ensure consistency in both physical retail and retailer.com environments.
• Support trade marketing execution including retail merchandising, POS, displays, and promotional activations.
• Support in-store education initiatives to enhance shopper engagement and reinforce premium brand positioning.
• Leverage shopper insights and performance analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness, velocity, and repeat purchase.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and help develop scalable processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to support continued retail growth.
