Brightpath Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join client teams across the EU, including Ireland, for high-value, technically demanding projects.

You will manage commercial aspects, budgets, and contract administration, maintain records, and support procurement while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in measurement, valuation and cost management.
• Ability to manage relationships with project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations.
• Experience preparing and interpreting commercial reports.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, manage and update project budgets and cash flow.
• Oversee contractual/commercial aspects and ensure compliance.
• Maintain contract documentation and records.
• Issue monthly JCRs and JCSs and attend review meetings.
• Support procurement and management of subcontracts/materials.
• Identify and manage commercial risks throughout the lifecycle.
