Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering excellence in an eCommerce or financial services environment.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and understand client needs.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter who proactively addresses and escalates issues with urgency.
• High degree of competency with MS Office, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Experience using AI tools and platforms to support business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive account management support to merchant clients, primarily through email, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Utilize a CRM tool to track all client interactions, correspondences, and outcomes.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and troubleshoot issues, with timely follow-up actions.
• Act as a key support resource for Relationship Managers, assisting with issue resolution and escalations.
• Engage in team projects aimed at process improvements and service enhancements.
• Ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries to maximize performance metrics.
• Highlight the value of Merchant Services and drive client retention through exceptional service.
• Operate within a regulated environment, ensuring policies and controls are followed.
