Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks an EU Merchant Client Service Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between merchant clients and Chase Merchant Services, ensuring exceptional support and tailored solutions.

You will manage complex inquiries, coordinate with technical support, operations and relationship management, and drive initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, with focus on eCommerce or financial services.
• Ability to meet KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with proactive issue escalation and creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using AI tools to support business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide account management support to merchant clients primarily via email; set up online reporting and troubleshoot issues.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions, outcomes, and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and communicate follow-ups to clients.
• Support Relationship Managers and handle escalations with timely resolutions.
• Participate in projects to improve processes and service delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries to support performance metrics.
• Demonstrate value of Merchant Services and focus on client retention.
• Operate in a regulated environment with adherence to policies and controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, inclusion, and accountability.
• Escalate issues appropriately and support timely problem solving.
