Job summary

Ardmac, a leading construction specialist, seeks an HR Compliance Manager to lead day-to-day compliance across its EU operations, focusing on Ireland and the UK. The role requires ensuring mobilisation of employees, posted workers and subcontractors in line with applicable laws and project requirements.

You will act as the first escalation point for compliance issues, protect projects from delays and fines, and shape a scalable compliance function across Europe, supporting Ardmac's expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience, with 2+ years in construction.
• Experience with regulatory compliance across Europe.
• Understanding of employment registration, payroll and cross-border mobility.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day compliance delivery across Ardmac's EU operations, with coordination for Ireland and the UK.
• Ensure posted workers, subcontractors and supply chain partners are mobilised in compliance with legal and client requirements.
• Act as escalation point for operational compliance issues and mitigate delays, fines and reputational risk.
• Shape the compliance function across Europe, providing leadership and audit-ready processes.
• Support Ardmac's EU expansion with scalable compliance practices and documentation.
