This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

ProjectPlanning&Execution:

• Developdetailedprojectplans,includingtimelines,milestones,andresourceallocation.
• Coordinatewitharchitects,engineers,andotherstakeholderstoensureprojectspecificationsaremet.
• Monitorprojectprogress,makingadjustmentsasnecessarytoensuretimelycompletion.

Budget&CostManagement:

• Prepareandmanageprojectbudgets,ensuringcost-effectivenesswithoutcompromisingquality.
• Trackprojectexpensesandmanagefinancialreportingtomaintainbudgetarycontrol.

TeamLeadership:

• Leadandmotivateamultidisciplinaryprojectteam,fosteringcollaborationandensuringallmembersunderstandprojectgoals.
• Conductregularteammeetingstoupdateprogressandaddressanyissues.

RiskManagement:
