Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Lead Security Compliance Analyst to drive audit readiness and regulatory compliance across Europe. You will collaborate with security, cloud, engineering, and business teams to uphold controls in OpenText's EU sovereign cloud environment and protect customer trust in highly regulated sectors.

The role emphasizes managing audits, evidence collection, and continuous improvement, with a focus on GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and related frameworks.

Qualifications

Experience in Security Compliance, GRC, Information Security, Risk Management, or IT Audit.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS2, or similar standards.
Understanding of IAM, incident management, change management, and encryption.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
EU citizenship and residency required.

Responsibilities

Lead compliance and audit readiness activities across multiple European regulatory frameworks.
Coordinate audits, evidence collection, and remediation efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive compliance reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with cloud, security, engineering, and business teams to validate controls and support regulatory requirements.
Identify compliance risks and help ensure successful audit outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor on governance, risk, and security compliance matters.
