Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to find a Security Analyst (compliance and controls) based in Ireland. The role strengthens compliance, controls, and incident response across a modern cloud infrastructure.

You will monitor security incidents, investigate impacts on compliance, and develop detections to prevent violations. You will collaborate with Security Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure adherence to SOX, DORA, GDPR, and SOC 2, while driving automation and audit support in

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on as Security Analyst with enterprise security tech (SIEM/EDR/CSPM).
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel (KQL, analytics, automation, dashboards).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (IAS, CA, PIM).
• Experience with Microsoft Purview (DLP, labels, insider risk, eDiscovery).
• Experience coordinating with auditors to provide evidence for cloud compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents across SIEM, CSPM, and other security technologies.
• Assess impact of incidents on compliance posture and remediate violations.
• Identify gaps in security and compliance controls and implement remediation.
• Develop detection mechanisms for violations and emerging risks.
• Create automation for compliance activities and investigations using automation tools.
• Collaborate with auditors to collect and validate evidence of compliance.
• Provide reporting on incidents, investigations, remediation, and compliance.
• Support improvements of security controls and monitoring capabilities.
