Job summary

Novotech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning and management of clinical projects in Ireland. You will act as the primary contact between Novotech and clients, overseeing execution to deliver on time and within budget, while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks.

The role requires strong knowledge of drug development, ICH GCP guidelines, and local regulatory requirements, with a focus on process improvement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in the clinical research industry with project management experience.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and management of contracted project responsibilities.
• Act as primary client liaison for Novotech.
• Oversee project delivery on time and within budget across sites and functions.
• Identify and mitigate risks with formal risk management plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Clinical, Regulatory, Data Management and Pharmacovigilance.
