Job summary

Keyridge Asset Management Limited is seeking an ESG analyst to join its institutionally rated Responsible Investment team. The role focuses on advancing stewardship activities, ESG research, and regulatory insight across asset classes.

You will contribute to developing ESG integration methodologies, supporting investment teams, and delivering sustainable investing insights to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong passion and understanding of sustainable and thematic investing.
• Strong analyst skills with ESG research/writing experience.
• High level of communication skills, written and oral.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint & Excel; Bloomberg and FactSet knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewardship activities and deepen analysis to improve voting and engagement decisions.
• Enhance systems and processes to monitor voting and engagement alignment with proxy voting guidelines.
• Produce thematic research to support design and execution of stewardship campaigns.
• Develop company-level analysis to inform investment strategies across asset classes.
