Job summary

Keyridge Asset Management Limited in Dublin is seeking an ESG analyst to join its Responsible Investment team. The role focuses on advancing stewardship activities, sustainability research, data capabilities and regulatory insight.

Hybrid role based in our City Centre offices, with the option to work from home part of the week. The ideal candidate will have strong ESG research and writing experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with

Qualifications

• Strong ESG experience with a focus on sustainable and thematic investing.
• Proven capability in ESG research/writing and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg/FactSet is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support stewardship activities and develop analysis to inform engagement decisions.
• Conduct ESG research and prepare position papers and client-facing materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments (e.g. EU SFDR/Taxonomy) and promote best practice.
• Contribute to ESG integration methodologies and frameworks.
