Job summary

MEDITE SMARTPLY seeks a Business Process Improvement Manager to lead design, standardisation and continuous improvement of business processes, ensuring ERP readiness with best-practice processes across the organisation.

Responsibilities include end-to-end process mapping, ERP-aligned operating models, and governance to sustain improvements. The role requires Lean/Six Sigma expertise, strong facilitation, and cross-functional leadership within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Lean / Six Sigma expertise and process mapping experience in manufacturing.
• BPMN and value stream mapping abilities.
• Strong facilitation, analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping across all functions.
• Document current and future processes and align with ERP capabilities.
• Drive standardisation and ERP readiness across sites and functions.
• Lead Lean / Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve cost, quality, service.
• Establish process ownership, KPIs, and governance post-ERP changes.
• Support data definition and alignment with system design; train process owners.
