Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a meticulous, hands-on Process Development Engineer to support standardization and improvement programs. The role reports to the Business Optimization and Solutions Director and collaborates with stakeholders globally within the gating framework.

The candidate will map processes, analyze deviations, and drive cost savings through standardization. Strong governance experience and proficiency with MS Project and Office tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience mapping processes, workflows, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze business processes across the organization.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and governance standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to surface risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain process improvement plans and roadmaps.
• Evaluate cost, scope and schedule impacts of proposals.
