Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a meticulous Process Development Engineer to support standardization and improvement programs across global operations. You will map processes, analyze deviations, and develop improvement plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Business Optimization and Solutions Director.

Essential duties include documenting process documentation, KPI tracking, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lean Sigma Six Certification or PCQ certification is required.
• 8 years of related experience in process development or optimization.
• Proven experience with process mapping, governance, and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze business processes across Vantage Data Centers globally.
• Develop and implement process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess risks, costs, and schedules.
• Lead or support governance and process documentation across projects.
• Review and refine process takes-offs and cost estimates for proposals.
• Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across NA markets.
