Job summary

Elvis Eckardt Recruitment is seeking a Workplace Health & Ergonomics Advisor for our client in Dublin. The role focuses on individual workstation assessments, ergonomic support, and reasonable adjustments to help employees work safely and comfortably.

Applicants from Occupational Health, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Ergonomics, Workplace Health or related fields with hands-on assessment experience are encouraged to apply. Remote assessments may be required in some cases.

Qualifications

• Experience with DSE/workstation assessments
• Ability to communicate with employees who have diverse needs
• Proven ability to produce clear assessment reports and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Carry out individual workstation, ergonomic and DSE-related assessments
• Review workstation setup, posture and working practices
• Provide ergonomic equipment and practical workplace adjustments recommendations
• Support employees requiring reasonable adjustments and those with disabilities or neurodiverse needs
• Produce clear assessment reports and follow up to ensure adjustments work effectively
• Escalate complex cases to Occupational Health or HR when appropriate
