Job summary

Different Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a DSE & Enablement Healthy Working Advisor for a full-time, office-based role in Dublin. The position focuses on DSE assessments, ergonomics, and reasonable adjustments to support employee well-being.

You will conduct assessments, provide practical solutions, document findings, and work with HR and safety teams. Right to Work in Ireland is required. Start date as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DSE or Healthy Working assessments in a corporate setting.
• Good understanding of workplace ergonomics and equipment.
• Confidence communicating with employees and documenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual DSE and Healthy Working Assessments.
• Carry out assessments for high-risk employees and new/expectant mothers.
• Support employees needing workplace enablement or adjustments.
• Review workstation setups and identify ergonomic risks and improvements.
• Recommend ergonomic equipment and workplace adjustments.
• Conduct face-to-face and video-based assessments.
• Produce clear assessment reports and recommendations.
• Manage follow-up assessments and cases through resolution.
• Collaborate with HR, Health & Safety, Office Ops, and Tech teams.
• Support employees with complex health or accessibility needs.
• Assist with on-site Accessibility Centre organization.
• Deliver drop-in sessions and promote healthy working practices.
• Liaise with external providers for additional support.
• Support Dublin offices and other client locations in Dublin
