Job summary

Boylan Consulting is seeking a highly organized coordinator to support our technical team in delivering a wide range of environmental and engineering consultancy projects. The role emphasizes quality management, documentation control, and regulatory submissions within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience, a Level 7/8 qualification in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, and strong IT and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education aligned with Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience in similar technical administrative role is valued.
• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining company quality management procedures.
• Maintain and control project documentation, registers, and records.
• Ensure documents are prepared, reviewed, approved, and archived in line with ISO standards.
• Support internal audits and quality reviews.
• Assist with preparation and submission of Waste Collection Permit applications and renewals.
• Support preparation of environmental reports, technical submissions, and regulatory applications.
• Collate information from clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Track application progress and maintain permitting and compliance registers.
• Conduct basic research on environmental legislation, guidance, and regulatory requirements.
