Job summary

Stelfox IT Recruitment is looking to fill an Environmental Administrator role in our Dublin Head Office. The successful candidate will support the Environmental Department to maintain environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives and EMS, while providing essential administrative support and coordinating reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' office administration experience.
• Relevant third-level qualification in Environmental Science or related discipline desirable.
• Strong data handling, reporting and document control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and process environmental records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Support management and control of environmental permits, licences, inspections, and monitoring records.
• Assist with tracking environmental objectives, targets, and action plans across projects.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting on waste, energy, water and sustainability metrics.
• Assist in preparing environmental reports and project performance updates.
• Support audits and inspections, including coordinating schedules and corrective actions.
• Assist with EMS implementation and maintenance.
• Maintain registers for waste management, incident reporting, and compliance obligations.
• Support environmental awareness initiatives and training across project teams.
• Liaise with project teams to keep environmental documentation current.
