Job summary

Carne Group, based in Kilkenny and Luxembourg, is seeking an entry-level Associate for Fund Distribution. You will join the fastest-growing fund-solutions area and help distribute funds internationally, building client relationships and supporting registration, due diligence, and regulatory outputs.

You will learn to work with a global network, contribute to market research, and participate in the roll-out of our due diligence solutions while developing practical knowledge across fund

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Business/Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in the funds industry is required or preferred.
• A positive, flexible attitude with good technology and time management skills.
• Experience in client management, due diligence, or understanding funds distribution requirements is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with international clients, experts, law firms, fund delegates and internal stakeholders.
• Assist onboarding of new clients by preparing fund documentation and completing due diligence registrations.
• Register/list funds for distribution in various countries in line with client expansion.
• Prepare and deliver diligence and regulatory reporting, ensuring obligations and SLAs are met.
• Adopt new tasks and processes, contributing to a positive team ethic.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and support our technology platform and market research.
