Job summary

CPi Biotech in Cork is seeking a motivated Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team in Little Island. This is an entry-level role with full training, working closely with the Procurement Specialist and operations and planning teams to keep materials flowing smoothly.

You will gain hands-on experience in stock monitoring, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and ERP data entry, with a view to developing a career in procurement and supply chain within a dynamic biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with full training provided.
• Background in an office/administration, retail, or customer service role is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow within procurement.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Support: monitor stock levels, assist with stock counts, track reorder points and expiry dates, flag concerns.
• Purchasing & Supplier Support: assist with purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, maintain supplier records, support procurement admin.
• Team Support: enter/update procurement data in ERP, maintain spreadsheets/reports, support Operations and Quality teams.
