n8n is hiring to lead enterprise deployments and drive adoption across high-value customer engagements. You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer problems into adopted automation workflows that scale across organizations.

You will guide governance, ownership and prioritization, building compelling business cases and ensuring teams focus on impactful, scalable automation opportunities across Europe.

Qualifications

• Enterprise deployment experience in a B2B software setting.
• Ability to drive adoption with enterprise customers in complex environments.
• Experience transforming learnings into automation opportunities.
• Strong governance, ownership and ways of working guidance.
• Ability to build value cases and prioritize an automation roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organizational workstream during on-site deployments from kickoff to closeout.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate problems into adopted workflows.
• Maintain focus on high-value opportunities and scalable automation.
