Accenture Ireland is seeking a Transformation Change Consultant to join our Change Consulting Services, a cross-industry capability focused on delivering market-leading change and engagement solutions. You will work with major clients, shaping business transformation strategies and leading stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1) required.
• 3+ years relevant work experience in change management.
• Previous consulting experience is highly valued.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Certifications in change management are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver enterprise transformational change projects underpinned by SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce.
• Manage key elements of the lifecycle including vision, leadership engagement, change planning, culture and behaviour change, communications, and Change Measurement.
• Support growth of the Change consulting practice through thought leadership and market eminence.
• Develop market-relevant Change Management viewpoints, blogs and offerings.
• Deliver with consistency and excellence for clients.
