Job summary

E-Frontiers in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Head of Enterprise Architecture to lead the function for a major technology transformation. You will define architecture strategy, governance, and operating models, aligning technology investments with business goals and risk controls.

You will build and grow the EA team, set standards across cloud, data, AI, and integration, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, cost-efficient technology solutions in a complex organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience defining and embedding an Enterprise Architecture capability.
• Proven ability to shape technology strategy and governance across a large, complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud, Data, AI, integration and digital platforms with governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the organisation's Enterprise Architecture strategy and operating model.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, frameworks and governance processes.
• Develop and chair Architecture Review and Governance function; align major decisions with objectives.
• Drive consistency across applications, infrastructure, platforms and technology services.
• Lead transformation initiatives and shape strategies for Cloud, Data, AI, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business priorities into technology roadmaps.
