Job summary

Expleo is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and evolve its enterprise technology landscape in Ireland. You will assess current architecture, define future-state solutions, and develop transformation roadmaps aligning with business goals.

You will lead data, analytics, and AI evolution across domains, engaging senior stakeholders to position data as a strategic asset and drive business value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is highly desirable.
• Cloud architecture certifications would be advantageous.
• Data and analytics-related certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document current-state enterprise architecture across domains.
• Identify strengths, risks, technical debt, duplication, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop baselines, maturity assessments, and target-state architectures.
• Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand capabilities and processes.
• Evaluate data platforms, governance models, and data maturity.
• Define data and technology strategies to support analytics and AI.
• Develop roadmaps, investment priorities, and modernization plans.
• Create architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks, and reference models.
• Support cloud migration, application rationalisation and digital transformation programmes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing/Engineering or related
