Job summary

CSC's Global Financial Solutions is seeking a Business Architect to ensure the six workstreams converge into a single target operating model. You will lead design coherence across client journeys, delivery, data, platform, and controls, chair design-authority reviews, and guide sequencing to enable implementation.

The role requires an enterprise-wide view, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to balance consistency with progress.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable record of designing enterprise or target-operating-model architectures spanning process, data, technology and organisation.
• Experience within financial services or a regulated, multi-entity environment.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture and integration design.

Responsibilities

• Own the target operating model (TOM) architecture and ensure six workstream designs integrate end to end.
• Chair the design-authority and integration reviews and hold design decision rights across the programme.
• Identify and resolve cross-workstream design conflicts and escalate only unresolved matters.
• Maintain sequencing constraints across data, platform and automation.
• Maintain a single design baseline and assess all change requests for architectural impact.
• Maintain clear accountability boundaries between design coherence, planning, and workstream ownership.
• Translate strategy into architectural standards aligned with CSC values.
