Job summary

DM Financial is seeking a Solutions Architect to shape and evolve our application and data architecture across multiple business systems. You will define scalable designs aligned with the tech roadmap and coordinate integrations into a unified platform.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of architecture experience, deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud ecosystems (SharePoint, M365, Azure) and a strong grasp of data management, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in solutions architecture.
• Experience designing integrated solutions in Microsoft cloud environments (SharePoint, M365, Azure).
• Strong data architecture, data management and integration patterns knowledge.
• Security, compliance and governance best practices for apps.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn financial services domain and own the evolution of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and evolution of our application and data architecture across multiple business systems.
• Define scalable, secure solution designs aligned with the tech roadmap.
• Establish standards for system design, data structures, and integration approaches.
• Design and coordinate integrations into a unified platform.
• Support data architecture, data flows and data quality standards.
• Act as a central link between development teams, IT and external developers.
• Monitor and optimise performance, scalability, and reliability of developed solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and compliance to meet security and governance requirements.
• Assist with documentation: controls, SOPs, and ISAE-related requirements.
