Job summary

Taktile is hiring an AI Enablement Engineer in Ireland to build internal tools and agents that integrate with our SaaS stack and empower multiple teams. You’ll own projects end-to-end, partnering with Engineering, GTM, and Ops to scale high‑leverage workflows.

You will ship production Python in cloud environments, work with latest LLM tooling, and drive real adoption through hands-on workshops while ensuring data guardrails with Security and IT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering shipping production Python in cloud-native environments.
• Experience with modern LLM tooling (agents, tool use, prompt engineering, MCP, evals).
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth) and complex integrations.
• Pragmatic mindset focused on user adoption over architecture.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Embed across teams to identify AI-driven efficiency opportunities.
• Build internal tools and agents, connecting SaaS stack to daily workflows.
• Drive adoption via workshops and office hours; measure time saved and usage.
• Partner with Security and IT to establish guardrails and audit trails.
• Track evolving AI landscape and bring valuable models/tools into the business.
