Job summary

Bentley Systems in Dublin seeks an AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist to drive evaluation and scale of AI-powered tools across product teams. You will design pilots, recruit participants, and coordinate stakeholders to translate pilot results into actionable guidance for engineering, product, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Please document experience coordinating pilots and multi-stakeholder activities.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and related platforms.
