Job summary

Payslip is expanding its Sales team and seeks an Enterprise Account Executive in Ireland. You will drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional service for an innovative SaaS payroll product.

The role offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment with an international team in Ireland, Spain, and Bulgaria, plus hybrid working from Dublin office and remote options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven SaaS sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Expertise in enterprise software solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and identify potential clients.
• Research to identify customer needs and culture to tailor messaging and solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against KPIs, with emphasis on new business and account growth.
• Use solution selling to build strategic, long-term partnerships with customers.
• Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation and forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Team and Marketing for leads and opportunities.
• Meet and aim to exceed sales targets through effective execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
• Conducting research to identify customer needs and culture to deliver targeted messages
• Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts
• Use your solution selling expertise to respond to customer needs and identify business potential to create a strategic, long-term partnership with your customers
• Developing and implementing best practices to maximize pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy
• Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet sales targets
• Work in partnership with our Business Development Team and Marketeers for sales leads and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales or related software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with emphasis on customer acquisition and positioning of complex enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, trends, and key players
• Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer
• Effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
• Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
• Excellent researching skills
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
