Job summary

Enable Ireland is seeking an Enhanced Nurse (RNID) to join the Adult Services team in Miltown Malbay, Co Clare. This part-time permanent role (22.5 hours/week) focuses on nursing duties, personal care, mobility support, and helping clients access services in the community and via our virtual day service.

The successful candidate will be registered with NMBI, hold an RNID qualification, and have relevant post‑registration experience with adults with ASD and complex disabilities.

Qualifications

• RNID qualification validated for working in the Republic of Ireland.
• Registered in the Intellectual Disability Nurse Division of the live Register of Nurses (NMBI).
• Minimum of 1 year's post-registration nursing experience in adults with ASD and complex disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing duties and personal care support.
• Assist mobility and access to services in the community and virtual day service.
• Support development of person-centred plans and options for service owners.
