3Q Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Staff Nurse to support adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities in a structured residential setting in Sligo. The role focuses on person-centred care and promoting independence within a multidisciplinary team.

Successful applicants will hold a nursing qualification with active NMBI registration, be eligible to work in Ireland, and possess strong communication skills plus a driving licence. The position offers flexible hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Nursing qualification and active NMBI registration.
• Registered as RNID, RGN or RPN.
• Experience within disability services, residential care or healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Full Driving Licence and willingness to drive for work.
• Good standard of verbal and written English.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
