Job summary

CORLANN – WEST REGION in Castlerea seeks Staff Nurse or Enhanced Nurse to join our team serving Castlerea, Ballintubber, Ballinlough and Cloonfad areas.

Permanent Part-Time (60 hours per fortnight) and Temporary Full-Time (75 hours per fortnight) positions are available, with a 14-day duty roaster. Applicants must hold a live NMBI registration and a full clean driving licence; experience with intellectual disability services is desirable.

Qualifications

• Current Live Register Certificate from the NMBI (An Bord Altranais) is essential.
• Full clean manual Driving Licence is essential; Class D1 licence may be required.
• Experience with intellectual disability services is desirable; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Staff allocation could be in residential, respite, day settings or community health.
• Be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, public holidays and night duty.
• Contribute to person-centred planning and MDT teamwork.
