Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Dublin is seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead a product engineering team of four or more engineers in a hybrid role three days per week from our Dublin office. You will report to the Financial Solutions International Engineering Manager and work with Product, Design, and Engineering to roadmap initiatives.

Responsibilities include nurturing engineers, clarifying scope, hiring, career development, and fostering a culture of psychological safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a Product Engineering team of four or more engineers.
• 7+ years of industry experience deploying apps across large codebases with many contributors.
• Ability to fluently translate, document and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prioritize an inclusive culture of psychological safety with technical rigor.

• Distill team scope and help hire a balanced engineering group.
• Develop direct reports via regular 1:1s with actionable feedback.
• Celebrate wins to boost culture and dynamics.

Cash Compensation Range: €93,000 – €143,000 EUR

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include overtime pay), the company employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
