Job summary

Ministry Brands in Galway is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll design, build, and maintain scalable, cloud-based applications powering our products and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

Working with a cross-functional team, you'll develop high-quality software, focus on .NET/C#, REST APIs, and modern frontend/back-end tech, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack role.
• Experience developing applications using C# and the .NET framework (.NET Core/.NET 6+ preferred).
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Experience with React and React Native is preferred.
• Experience with SignalR, Redis, Event Bus, and Kafka is preferred.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular or similar is an advantage.
• Experience developing and maintaining modern PHP applications (PHP 7 or later).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerised application environments.
