Job summary

Logiskills is seeking an Engineering Stores & Logistics Coordinator in Trim, Co. Meath. This full-time, office-based role manages receipt, storage, control and dispatch of parts and equipment for engineers and projects.

You will keep accurate stock records, coordinate with engineers and couriers, and ensure traceability and timely availability of parts. A full B driving licence is required. The role is Monday to Friday with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, stock-control, parts or logistics role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to keep accurate records.
• Competent with computers and standard office systems.
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with engineers, office staff, suppliers and couriers.
• Understanding of safe manual handling and storage practices.
• Full B driving licence and over 25 (company insurance requirement).

Responsibilities

• Goods received: Inspect and record deliveries against purchase orders and notes.
• Stores and stock control: maintain a clean, organised stores area and stock records.
• Parts allocation: issue parts to engineers and record movements to work orders.
• Engineer van stock: manage van stock, stock checks, replenishments and returns.
• Return-visit parts: label and hold parts for outstanding jobs and notify planning.
• Dispatch and couriers: prepare, package, label outgoing goods and track dispatch.
• Warranty returns: segregate and record warranty parts within supplier deadlines.
