Job summary

CULLY is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across water, wastewater and industrial sectors in Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will coordinate client interfaces, engineers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects stay on time, within budget and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering, infrastructure or capital projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent project management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project plans, budgets, schedules and resources.
• Build strong relationships with clients, project teams and third-party suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, risks and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support the day-to-day coordination of field-based teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with governance and compliance requirements.
