Job summary

CULLY is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager in Ireland to lead the delivery of complex engineering projects. You will own planning, budgets and resources while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and liaising with clients to meet expectations and high standards.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will drive project governance, safety, and on-time delivery, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers in a growing Irish engineering business.

Qualifications

Experience delivering engineering, infrastructure or capital projects.
Strong communication with clients and teams.
Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of complex engineering projects.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll take ownership of multiple projects from planning through to successful completion. You'll work closely with clients, engineers and internal stakeholders to manage project delivery, control budgets and resources, mitigate risks and ensure projects meet both client expectations and CULLY's high standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to play a key role in a growing Irish engineering business.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the delivery of multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Manage project plans, budgets, schedules and resources.
Build strong relationships with clients, project teams and third-party suppliers.
Monitor project progress, risks and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Support the day-to-day coordination of field-based teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with governance and compliance requirements.

About You

You'll be an experienced project professional with a proven ability to deliver complex projects in a client-facing environment.

You’ll bring:
