Job summary

CULLY is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager in Ireland to lead the delivery of complex engineering projects. You will own planning, budgets and resources while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and liaising with clients to meet expectations and high standards.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will drive project governance, safety, and on-time delivery, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers in a growing Irish engineering business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engineering, infrastructure or capital projects.
• Strong communication with clients and teams.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project plans, budgets, schedules and resources.
• Build relationships with clients, project teams and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, risks and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate field-based teams to ensure delivery.
• Ensure safety, governance and compliance.
